By booking a package, tour, or any travel service through Cruise Farefinder, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the full deposit (minimum 25% of package cost, or as otherwise specified). A booking confirmation voucher will be emailed within 24 hours of payment. Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is fully confirmed and deposit received.
• Full payment must be received at least 30 days before departure (or as specified for the package).
• Cruise Farefinder accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank wire transfers.
• Applicable US taxes and port fees will be itemized separately in your booking confirmation.

3. Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity and all required visas. Cruise Farefinder provides visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval, which remains at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. No refund will be given for visa rejections unless visa cost is insured.

4. Health & Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. Cruise Farefinder is not liable for medical expenses, trip cancellation costs, or losses arising from the absence of travel insurance. Travel insurance is available as an add-on to all packages.

5. Our Liability

Cruise Farefinder acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators). While we take every care in selecting reputable partners, we cannot be held liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Changes by Cruise Farefinder

We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to operational requirements. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or full refund.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cruise Farefinder acts as a booking agent for major cruise lines. All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the respective cruise line's cancellation policy at the time of booking. The following is a general guide — your specific policy will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Cruise Line Cancellation Policies (General Guide)

Note: Policies vary by cruise line, sailing, cabin type, and promotional fare. Non-refundable deposits and promotional fares may have stricter terms. Always confirm your exact policy at time of booking.

Cruise Line Specific Policies

Each cruise line (Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, Princess, MSC, etc.) has its own specific cancellation schedule. Cruise Farefinder will provide your exact cruise line's policy in your booking confirmation. We facilitate all cancellation requests and refund processes on your behalf, but refund amounts and timelines are ultimately determined by the cruise line.

Shore Excursion Cancellations

Shore excursions booked through Cruise Farefinder have varying cancellation windows — typically 48–72 hours before port arrival. Excursion-specific policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war), Cruise Farefinder will endeavour to provide the maximum possible refund or credit note for future travel, in accordance with supplier policies.
